🚀 Join Us as IT Project & Operations Manager – Production Environment (Full-time)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project & Operations Manager to lead a team of around 10 people in a high-stakes, high-impact environment. This role is essential to the smooth execution of our projects and day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs on time, within budget, and in full coordination with our headquarters in France.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a solid technical foundation and a proven track record in both project management and production operations. If you're passionate about leading people, solving complex problems, and driving project success, this opportunity is for you.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a local team of about 10 people
- Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and overall program execution
- Act as the primary liaison between the local team and HQ in France
- Ensure production equipment is well maintained and operational
- Oversee technical incident detection, analysis, and resolution
✅ Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in team management
- 5+ years in project or program management
- Strong IT knowledge: systems, networks, databases, security
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and reporting skills (written & verbal)
💡 Nice to Have
- Experience with ID document or secure production processes
- Previous role coordinating with international stakeholders
- Familiarity with French business culture and language
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar incident management framework
- Ability to implement process improvements and best practices
