We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project & Operations Manager to lead a team of around 10 people in a high-stakes, high-impact environment. This role is essential to the smooth execution of our projects and day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs on time, within budget, and in full coordination with our headquarters in France.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a local team of about 10 people
• Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and overall program execution
• Act as the primary liaison between the local team and HQ in France
• Ensure production equipment is well maintained and operational
• Oversee technical incident detection, analysis, and resolution

✅ Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in team management
• 5+ years in project or program management
• Strong IT knowledge: systems, networks, databases, security
• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and reporting skills (written & verbal)

• Experience with ID document or secure production processes
• Previous role coordinating with international stakeholders
• Familiarity with French business culture and language
• Knowledge of ITIL or similar incident management framework
• Ability to implement process improvements and best practices
