We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a major industrial construction project during its execution phase on site. The role reports directly to the Contract Manager and Project Manager.
The Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in cost control, remeasurement, contractual follow-up, and variation management, working closely with engineering, construction, and contractual teams to ensure accurate quantities and financial compliance.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate the objective costs of additional works and variations based on unit rates
- Read drawings and interface with field engineering and construction teams
- Perform remeasurement and determine the final quantities to be paid
- Prepare and participate in weekly remeasurement and contractual meetings with contractors
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting and ensure proper document storage on project SharePoint
Must Have
- Engineering degree or equivalent with more than 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Solid on-site experience in an international construction environment

Strong knowledge of unit-rate construction contracts (Civil, Mechanical, E&I)
- Proven expertise in variations and claims negotiations
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
