Product Owner – Outil de Gestion des Achats de Prestations Intellectuelles – Paris (Remote Partiel)

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead and evolve a digital solution dedicated to managing RFPs and procurement processes for professional services. Recently deployed, the solution requires continuous enhancement, structured governance, international rollout, and deeper integration within a global IT ecosystem.
As part of a structured procurement environment, you will define the product vision, manage the roadmap, coordinate with business stakeholders and the software provider, and support user adoption across multiple affiliates. This role combines product management, project coordination, change management, and functional supervision.
Contract Details
Contract Type: Service Contract via 4PMC Group
Location: Paris (partial remote possible)
Start Date: ASAP / Upon availability
Duration: Long-term mission (minimum 12 months)
Status: Office-based with partial remote flexibility
Responsibilities
- Own the functional vision of the product and ensure alignment with procurement processes.
- Build, manage, and monitor the product roadmap alongside business teams and the software vendor.
- Lead product evolutions, define test scenarios, coordinate end-to-end testing, and structure governance.
- Deploy the solution across affiliates and manage onboarding activities with the software provider.
- Organize Level 1 & 2 functional support and drive user adoption through training, webinars, and community engagement.
Must Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in IT project management.

Advanced analytical, impact assessment, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and proven transversal coordination ability.
- Full professional proficiency in English and French.
