The UFR QA/QC Lead will coordinate and oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for the UFR package within the Suriname Project team.
The position involves ensuring that project and contractor quality systems are effectively implemented, compliant with contractual and ISO 9001 requirements, and that all quality deliverables are produced on schedule.
Operating from the Paris area, the Service holder will support the Package Manager on all QA/QC matters, supervise contractor performance, and liaise with inspection and certification bodies. This is a long-term, high-visibility assignment on a major deepwater development.

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System across all UFR activities.

Review, approve, and monitor contractor Quality Plans, ITPs, and key QA/QC documents.

Supervise contractor and vendor QA/QC teams during engineering, procurement, and construction.

Coordinate audits, inspections, and third-party interventions, ensuring compliance with standards.

Compile and finalize Quality Dossiers and Manufacturing Record Books for all UFR deliverables.
Must Have

Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in the oil and gas sector.

Strong knowledge of UFR products (umbilicals, flowlines, risers) and ISO 9001 systems.

Proven experience in EPC or client-side QA/QC management for subsea projects.

Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).

Solid experience in supplier audit, NCR/CAPA management, and quality reporting.

Experience with deepwater offshore projects.

Familiarity with major subsea vendors and fabrication yards.

Knowledge of TotalEnergies quality standards or equivalent major operator framework.
