We are seeking a Senior BSS Expert to support the integration of a new Comarch-based ordering, billing, and collection solution within the information system of a major telecom operator. The role involves contributing to the functional specifications, ensuring architectural consistency, and guiding the integration of multiple BSS components.
This mission includes close collaboration with business teams, technical architects, and integration partners. The consultant will be expected to leverage deep knowledge of telecom BSS environments, especially around ordering, billing, payment, and customer-facing processes.

Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the production of Functional Specifications (HLD) for the BSS perimeter.
- Analyse the existing SI and define integration scenarios with Comarch modules.
- Support business workshops related to ordering, billing, collection, and payment flows.
- Ensure coherence between the new BSS architecture and the operator’s commercial processes.
- Act as a senior advisor for integration, validation, and implementation phases.
Must Have
- Expert-level experience on the Comarch BSS suite (ordering, billing, collection).
- Proven understanding of telecom operator BSS commercial processes.

Hands-on expertise with NTS Retail payment solutions.
- Strong experience producing HLD / Functional Specifications.
- Excellent communication and ability to interact with business and technical teams.
Nice to have

Prior experience within East Africa telecom environments.
- Knowledge of migration projects from legacy BSS systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and integration frameworks.
- Exposure to Omnichannel / CRM / POS systems.
